Assistant professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Special interest: the area of higher education and academic rankings. Formerly at Center of Studies on Public Policy and UNESCO Chair of Studies. He cooperates with theCentre for Global Higher Education Research (University of Oxford/UCL) and Centre for Higher Education Futures (Aarhus University).
