Modern Problems of Management 2025

On September 25th, a working conference on Modern Problems of Management 2025 took place in Kyiv, bringing together over 60 participants from Ukraine and other countries in a hybrid format. Professor Ewa Szymczak, representing the University of Gdańsk, has participated in the plenary session. The first thematic session of the conference was Adapting to the Digital Economy in Times of Crisis: Experience of the "Incubating Freedom" Project for Empowering Women and Rebuilding Ukraine.

"Poland and its Migrants" conference

The Incubating Freedom for Ukraine project is entering its final phase. On June 5, Dr. Sara Bojarczuk, Head of the Socio-Cultural Research Group in the Centre of Migration Research at the University of Warsaw, has presented a paper entitled Unlocking opportunities: Leveraging IT and Education 4.0 for the integration of Ukrainian refugees across the EU – the case of Poland during the Poland and its Migrants’ conference at University College London.

International conference Driving Economic Recovery: Scaling Digital Education Experiences in Higher Education Institutions

The international conference was organized by the Kyiv Polytechnic University on September 19-20 as part of the Incubating Freedom for Ukraine project – Building IT Competence Among Ukrainian War Refugees Residing In EU Countries. On the one hand, it concerned informing the academic community of Ukraine about the IFU project and other activities of the Perspektywy Foundation, and on the other hand, it provided a platform for discussion on the tasks of higher education institutions during the war and in the post-war period.
