The privacy policy describes our rules for processing information about you, including your personal data and cookies.
The Perspektywy Educational Foundation respects your right to privacy. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law and the implemented privacy policy, and is stored on secured servers.
Due to the need to adapt the data collection and processing process by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force since May 25, 2018, it became necessary for the user to consent to the collection and processing of his or her personal data by the administrator.
Consent is voluntary and can be canceled at any time.
The Cookies chapter applies to all users using websites belonging to the Perspektywy Educational Foundation, and the Personal Data chapter and the following chapters apply only to persons whose personal data are processed by the Portal Administrator (including Newsletter recipients).
Cookies
To collect and process personal data in order to personalize content and advertisements and to analyze traffic on our websites, cookies are used, i.e. small text files sent by the web server and stored by the computer's browser software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies make it easier to use previously visited websites.
Access to information about users' use of our website is also available to affiliated entities and our trusted partners, who also use cookies to collect and process personal data in order to personalize content and advertisements, and to analyze traffic on our websites and on the Internet. The information collected includes the IP address, type of browser used, language, operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
The level of protection against Cookies is set in each browser, and their use may be limited or completely blocked, which may result in difficulties in using some of the website's functions.
Personal data
We guarantee you the right to access your data; rectification, deletion from the database, restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
The above rights also apply if the data was processed by the Administrator correctly and when they do not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
Data processed by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation
Users - as long as they decide about it themselves - have the right to anonymity. The information contained in system logs (e.g. IP address) - resulting from the general principles of the Internet - is used by the Foundation for technical purposes (server administration). Using the Foundation's services, such as e-mail, must be preceded by completing a form in which you must provide information enabling contact with the user (e.g. e-mail address) and demographic information (e.g. age, gender, province).
The information provided in the form is used by us for necessary contacts with our users and to better adapt the content and advertisements we present to their needs and interests. Demographic data (e.g. age, gender, size of town) may also be compared with selected operational data (e.g. saved in cookies) and used to study user preferences and better adapt to the qualitative progress of our services. This data is then devoid of any identifying markings (an anonymization process is obligatory for us), and we store it for no longer than two months.
How the user's personal data is protected
Both the form completed by the user when signing up and the process of logging in to the Foundation's resources (i.e. authorization) are carried out using a secure SSL protocol, which increases the protection of data transmission on the Internet. We store and process the information entrusted to us while maintaining appropriate security measures that meet legal requirements.
Your right to privacy and sharing statistical information
The Perspektywy Educational Foundation prepares periodic statistical summaries and reports based on the information obtained. We publish them in the Perspektywy Educational Monthly and on our website Perspektywy.pl. Such summaries do not contain data allowing the identification of individual users.
The right to view, correct and delete user information
The Perspektywy Educational Foundation guarantees each user access to, the ability to modify and delete the personal data we have about the user. All rights to the www.perspektywy.org portal and all its components (including software, functional layout, graphic elements, databases and works presented on the portal) belong to the Perspektywy Educational Foundation. The content of the portal is subject to legal protection under the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights and the Act of July 27, 2001 on the protection of databases.
The content of the website may be reproduced, reformatted and printed solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. By entering the portal www.perspektywy.org, the user accepts the above reservation and confirms that he will not reproduce, publish, duplicate, sell or transfer the content contained on the portal to anyone, including not making it available to anyone within the company or organization in which he works. operates - without obtaining the prior written consent of the Foundation.
